Thousands of substances contribute to its aroma, the study of which continues to this day by researchers around the world. Aided by artificial intelligence, the PINOT system learns from experience to draw conclusions regarding grape variety, origin, vintage, viticultural and winemaking practices, as well as <em>terroir<\/em>, the unique combination of environmental conditions that give each wine its sense of place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With PINOT, we hope to furnish a more complete understanding of how these factors contribute to wine aroma.
