For the first time we would like to present our project PINOT at ProWein 2023, from
March 19 to 21 in Düsseldorf. We are integrated on the booth of the Weincampus Neustadt
in Hall 1 / A65.
You are cordially invited to learn more about our research project directly from the participating collaborative partners, to examine our demonstrator and to enter a small competition with this first precursor. Discover this complex and highly topical field of innovation and test your olfactory threshold compared to your digital nose during the moderated tasting.
Daily changing booth events focusing on alcohol-free and alcohol-reduced wines, sparkling wine in climate change, natural wines or even sustainability in the wine industry are also planned. For more details please use the following link:
